A Real Man Can

In the second half of the Mark 6, we hear about two stories where Jesus tells the disciples to do something. Even though they have been traveling with Jesus, hearing his stories, and seeing his miracles, they have doubt that they are able to perform the task they are given. The reason is that they are relying on their own strengths and abilities instead of trusting in Jesus, and having faith that they will give them what they need. How often do we do the same thing - rely on our own selves instead of asking Jesus for help?
