Kids Ministry

Our nursery (birth-3 years) is staffed every Sunday during the Service and Faith Forward Hour (Sunday School and Growth Classes). On days that the nursery is not staffed, it is always open for parents to use. The nursery also has (2) Mom Rooms for feeding or naps, equipped with a rocking chair and a crib.

We use a Kids Check-in system to keep the children who come to HAC safe. All kids involved in the Nursery, Sunday School, and Kids Club must be checked in by a parent.

Kids Club is offered every Sunday for kids ages 4 to 1st Grade as an energetic way to get those wiggles out! Kids receive a mini-sermon during the service, then volunteers dismiss them to the Gym.

A supercharged program for grade school kids!
Each Sunday during our 10:30am Faith Forward Hour, they learn how to live a life like Christ through fun games, awesome music, and a Bible lesson tailored to them.
Our teachers use the Answers in Genesis curriculum to help kids discover foundational truths from the Bible. We aim to help each child experience the grace of Jesus in community, trust in Jesus, and be transformed by His Spirit's power.

Wednesday evenings during the school year are high-energy nights filled with games, verse memorization, and a Bible lesson. AWANA reaches kids where they are and walks alongside them in their faith journey.

Our AWANA program is from 6-7:30pm September - April for kids ages 4 years (as of Sept 1st) through 4th grade.

Too busy to make dinner and get the kids out the door? A team of volunteers has a homestyle meal prepared for you right here at church, beginning at 5:15pm on AWANA nights.
We accept a freewill offering to help cover the cost of food.
