Somber or Celebratory?

When you think about worshipping Jesus, what does that look like to you? Eyes closed, hands folded, on your knees, postured in somber reverence for His Holiness? Or are you on your feet, hands stretched high, singing at the top of your lungs, glorifying Jesus with all the breath you have in your lungs?
