Iceberg Ignorant

A huge responsibility as a believer is recognizing our sin, and repenting of it. But so often we either don't see our sin as sin, or we know it's sin but don't want to give it up. In his letter to Timothy, Paul compares this to being a captain of a boat that has shipwrecked. So, are you going to be the captain that sees the iceberg and changes course, or the captain that remains ignorant of the iceberg and stays the course?
